In this Harvard Medical School Program In Psychiatry and The Law (PIPTAL) meeting, held on November 8th, 2023, Dr. Oren Asman presents some insights about the collective traumatic experience Israelis have faced since the October 7th Massacre. This is followed by a presentation of three projects: The Mental Health volunteer centers that were built right after the event, without any governmental involvement at this phase (Presented by Dr. Zohar Elyoseph), the Immediate Stabilization platform he and his colleagues developed together with a large group of volunteers to add another support layer to the large population that require support after traumatic events, and some of the work of the Legal Aid in the Ministry of Justice to support the survivors of the attack (Presented by Adv. Daniel Raz).

The recording includes only the first 40 minutes.
